Same wonderings on this side of the starry sky, Joke. xo
I completely understand! Actually, when I'm upset, Robert loves to remind me that we're just tiny, insignificant life forms in a huge vast cosmos. Then troubles don't seem to matter that much. :D
It takes a lot of stars to light up the heavens, but each pinprick of light is beautiful, in and of itself.Enjoy your holiday. Wishing for you a " path bestrewn with stars."
nothing better than a clear nightsky to see everything in perspective again, great illustration Joke, x
i think most of us have wondered that at one point or another. the shadows of stars on this piece remind me that we are always in some stars shadow.
Yes I can understand that and I often find it very relaxing to realise that I'm not that important in whole univers, it seems to free me to do what I like to do, because it isn't so important.Your painting looks a bit like a bing bang to me!barbara bee
A very interesting and lovely painting. I love how you have painted the branches or straws in the foreground! I feel as you when I look to the huge starry skies.
The fact that you're there looking at the sky, small, tiny small human, gives meaning to the universe that you see in the night sky. If you were not there to see it, just would not make sense to exist.
